Amazon Prime’s Made in Heaven made the news for all the right reasons. The show is set in Delhi and revolves around the lives of two wedding planners Tara and Karan. The series reflected on the state of Indian society and how chauvinism is hidden deep in their so-called modern and progressive selves.
Zoya Akhtar posted a picture of a typewriter and shared the good news as she has started working on the script of Made in Heaven Season 2. She wrote, “Back To Work #day1 #writersroom #madeinheaven #season2 #herewego @reemakagti1 @alankrita601 @nityamehra19 @rahulnair8.”
Arjun Mathur who plays Karan in the series shared the post with a note that said, “In case you were wondering about a 2nd season.”
Apart from Arjun Mathur and Shobita Sobhita Dhulipala, the series also starred, Jim Sarbh, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Kalki Koechlin and Shashank Arora. The announcement of the second season must have been a piece of good news for the viewers who loved Made in Heaven Season 1.
